Digital Idea (digitalidea.in) respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We take copyright infringement seriously.

Our Commitment

We make every effort to use only original content, properly licensed images, and content we have the right to publish. If you believe any content on digitalidea.in infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately using the process below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written complaint to web@digitalidea.in with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” containing all of the following information:

  1. Your full name and contact information (email, phone number, postal address).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on digitalidea.in where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the complaint promptly (within 5 business days).
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if we determine the notice is valid.
  • Notify the content provider that the material has been removed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with us at web@digitalidea.in. Counter-notices must include your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Repeat Infringers

Digital Idea will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
